What We Offer

• High Level Policy Advice. We have supported Prime Ministers and other high level officials in policy making, strategic planning and provided ad-hoc policy advice in Moldova, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Kosovo and Bangladesh. 
• Policy Making. We have designed and introduced evidence-informed policy making guidelines in the governments of Moldova, Serbia and Bangladesh and developed over 70 public policies on economic development, education, health, social protection, environment, rule of law and public finances.
• Strategic Planning. We have drafted strategies on public administration, national development, economic growth and poverty reduction for the governments of Moldova, Georgia and Kosovo. Our expertise extends to creating synergies between policy and budget processes, developing and putting into practice theories of change and medium term strategic development plans.
• Monitoring and Evaluation/Quality. We have designed and introduced monitoring and evaluation guidelines in Moldova, Serbia and Bangladesh and conducted internal and external evaluations of a range of projects and programmes across the world. We conducted qualitative and quantitative assessments using both standard and innovative techniques.
• Citizen Engagement. We have developed online and offline guidelines and regulations for citizen engagement, along with the establishment of relevant consultation bodies and strengthening cooperation processes. We have supported governments in developing strategies and programmes in a participatory manner.
• Capacity Building. We have delivered formal and on-the-job training on various policy making and governance topics to thousands civil servants, civil society and donors’ representatives in Moldova, Bangladesh, Serbia and Armenia. Our capacity building experience includes sensitisation events for high level officials understanding of the matters and buy-in.​
